Terms of service

Proofbuild is run by Hamina Samimo, an individual in Malaysia. By using the website, the demo or a Proofbuild chatbot, you agree to these terms. Questions go to support@proofbuild.dev.

Early access

Proofbuild is still being built. Some features are missing, the plans and prices shown on the home page are drafts, and nothing is on sale. Before Proofbuild takes any payment, the terms for paid plans will be added here and you will be asked to accept them. We may change, pause or end the service, and if we end it we will email customers who have a saved chatbot where we can.

Your account

You need an account to create a chatbot. Use a real email address, keep your password private, and email us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through it. The Free plan includes 1 chatbot and 200 messages a month, and we may change those limits. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

The demo and usage limits

The demo on the home page is free and limited in how many questions you can ask in an hour. Every chatbot has a monthly message limit, and the service has a daily spending limit. Please do not try to get around any of these limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and website you give Proofbuild. You must have the right to use it. You allow us to store it and to send it to Anthropic so the chatbot can answer from it. You also tell your visitors that a chatbot is in use; see the privacy policy for what happens to their messages.

What the answers are

A chatbot is built to answer only from the information you gave it and to say when it does not know. It is still an AI system, so an answer can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking the information you provide and the answers your chatbot gives. Do not rely on a chatbot for legal, medical, financial or emergency advice, or for any decision that could seriously harm someone without a person reviewing it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Proofbuild for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.
• Do not point the website reader at a site you have no right to read.
• Do not try to extract the chatbot's instructions or other customers' information, or to overload the service.
• Do not upload malware or use the service to attack other systems.

We may suspend or remove a chatbot, or block access, if these rules are broken or if use puts the service at risk.

Warranty and liability

Proofbuild is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia can hear any dispute about them.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Proofbuild after a change means you accept it.
